These Terms of Service govern your use of VeloxaHost. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including by your team members.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use VeloxaHost for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, or to attack others. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms; violations may result in suspension.
3. Billing
Servers bill hourly with hard monthly caps as shown in the console. Plans renew per their billing interval. You can stop billable resources at any time; deleting your account stops all billing.
4. Data and backups
You are responsible for your data and are encouraged to use snapshots, backups and object storage. We provide infrastructure — not managed data guarantees beyond the SLA.
5. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the AUP.
